Hot Power Yoga

This heated powerful yoga practice is a physically and mentally challenging meditation in motion, comprised of sun salutations, stimulating sequences and an integration of balance series and breath work. Through the encouragement of your Yoga Guide you will have the opportunity to surrender in to the you of today and find a balance between your physical and emotional edge.

Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. This fun, intense, and effective class is performed on a yoga mat in a 95 degree room. The heat allows the body to warm up quicker so the results are created faster! We pump up the music and build group energy so you can challenge yourself and get stronger! Strengthen muscles and burn fat with mindful, controlled movement. Perfect for seasoned athletes or beginners! 

Barre

Meet us at The Lab Barre for a moving, empowering and energetic small muscle group strengthening class. It fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance, Calisthenics and Yoga. You will streamline, firm, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk.  Create balance, postural and body awareness, flexibility with this challenging and fun fitness experience.

Yoga Fusion/Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training and cardiovascular exercise into traditional yoga sequences for a metabolic kick.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga
