David Scalo

Dave has been training for 17 years. Seeing people become happier and healthier versions of themselves is the most rewarding part of his journey. Dave is a Certified Trainer through NASM and holds specializations in corrective exercise (CES) performance enhancement (PES) training golfers (GFS) and is certified with Vertimax. He loves working with a variety of people from student athletes to older adults. Dave became owner of HIT Bootcamp in 2020. He met Gina in 2021 and together they started what is now called HIT and the Lab.

Gina Frank

Gina has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. Starting off as an avid runner she quickly grew a passion for fitness and as a Licensed Social Worker she grew more into incorporating her love for working with people with health and wellness. She is a ACE certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and a Yoga YTT500, Pilates, and Barre Instructor and holds certifications in Les Mills (BodyPump, BodyFlow, CORE, BARRE, BodyAttack), SoulBody Barre, TRX, Reiki, Cycle, and Aquatics. Gina takes an eclectic approach to fitness incorporating all modalities of wellness to include physical, mental, and spiritual health for everyone she meets. Her motto is quality training over quantity.
